China’s developments in farm management tech, online grocery delivery, B2B procurement, and unmanned stores show a broader trend of modernization in the food economy.

Businesses who put Meituan’s power banks in their shops will get more online exposure from the food delivery giant.

As of April 3, the virus has infected 82,804 people in total and caused 3,331 deaths in China. More than 76,000 patients have recovered from the disease.

Meituan made total revenues of USD 4 billion in the fourth quarter of 2019, representing a 42.2% year-on-year increase.
