As part of Singapore’s plans to phase out internal combustion engine vehicles by 2040, the country is ramping up the installation of EV charging points.
The satellite is undergoing pre-flight testing at the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency, after which it will be sent to the United States to hitch a ride to space in early 2021.
This is Ambani’s second fundraising spree. Prior to this, he raised USD 20.2 billion for Reliance’s digital arm Jio Platforms from 13 high-profile global investors.
