CXMT begins mass production of fifth-gen DRAM

ChangXin Memory Technologies (CXMT) announced mass production of its fifth-generation DRAM technology platform on September 20. The company said the new process increases die output per wafer by at least 50% compared with the previous generation. LPDDR5X products based on the platform are aimed at mid- to high-end smartphones and other mobile devices.

Ant Group forms new Alipay business group

Ant Group has merged its Alipay, digital payments, and Zhima Credit operations into a new Alipay business group. Wu Minzhi will lead the unit while continuing to serve as chief people officer. Unitree launches Dex5-S robotic hand
