Net profits in the biotech and medtech sector increased almost fivefold from the year before.

Over the last two years, Mirae Asset Venture Investments has channeled nearly USD 200 million from its global fund into India’s tech startups.

The fund plans to invest up to SGD 2 million into 20 early-stage startups that tackle the challenges of the sector.
