The latest deal builds upon an existing collaboration between the two companies, which allows users to book Blue Bird taxis from the Gojek app.

Gojek took on and later tied up with Blue Bird to conquer the Indonesian market.

The reported Blue Bird buy is one of the company’s recent moves to scale its services in Southeast Asia.

Gojek Xcelerate has helped 24 startups from seven countries to date.

Among those surveyed, 54% said they will continue to use GoPay even without discounts or cashback promotions.

The company said thousands of policies have been sold through GoSure’s pilot since October 2019.
