Voices | Jack Ma: P2P is not Fintech

He says P2P is bound to run into a stone wall.

In the first Smart China Expo, Jack Ma, mentioned three core technologies: intelligent manufacturing, IT and blockchain.

He went on to further elaborate on blockchain, saying that he is not a supporter of cryptocurrencies but acknowledged that blockchain is not entirely about cryptocurrencies. “Comparatively speaking, P2P is not fintech. P2P is bound to run into a stone wall. But we cannot lose confidence in the future of fintech just because so.”
