Gobi Launches an Event in Kuala Lumpur to Bridge Northeast and Southeast Asia Startup Scene

Gobi Partners, one of the leading venture capitalists founded in China with a strong presence in both China and Southeast Asia, is hosting an event in Kuala Lumpur on April 26 to build the bridges between Northeast and Southeast Asia startup scene.

The event, co-organized by Gobi, GS Shop, MAVCAP and GwG (Grow with GS), dubbed Crouching Panda, Hidden Tapir, will be held at Le Meridien Hotel in the capital city of Malaysia.

The VC conference held in the morning features an exclusive investment forum with invited leading institutional investors and corporates to examine the ASEAN venture capital landscape.

The GwG event will follow in the afternoon. Co-hosted by Gobi Partners and MAVCAP, there will be lively panel discussions and presentations by growth-stage companies to underline influential thought leaders and industry experts who are adopting the latest market and technology trends to their advantage.

The event will close with startup presentations showcasing some of the most innovative companies in Asia.
