Singapore’s largest taxi operator ComfortDelGro is dialing up its efforts in the UK, adding 1,100 taxis to its existing fleet of 1,900 taxis in London by acquiring Dial-a-Cab, a London taxi operator, according to a press release by ComfortDelGro on Thursday.
The company headquartered in the city-state operates 42,500 buses, taxis, and rental vehicles in 6 countries around the world including China. Outside of the UK, ComfortDelGro is also aggressively expanding in SE Asia and Australia.
