Yesterday was a busy day for KrASIA. Many members of the team pitched in to help with the AsiaForward Startup Day, an event collaboratively organized by Alibaba Cloud and our company.
One thing that KrASIA managed was Open Office Hours, a series featuring seasoned investors of ATM Capital, Gobi Partners, Openspace Ventures, Sequoia India, and Vertex Ventures Southeast Asia & India.
They were in conversation with representatives of young startups in Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam, the Philippines, Malaysia, and Hong Kong. There was a diverse lineup involving practitioners in various business sectors, implementing radically new business models or improving conventional industries that are ripe for disruption.
Plus, there were additional panels on the present and future states of artificial intelligence, robotics, e-commerce, and fintech.
