Amperesand raises Series A funding

Amperesand, a power infrastructure provider for AI data centers and critical power applications, has raised USD 80 million after completing an oversubscribed Series A round co-led by Walden Catalyst Ventures and Temasek. The round saw participation from new investors Industry Ventures, Acclimate Ventures, and SG Growth Capital, alongside existing backers Xora Innovation, Material Impact, TDK Ventures, and Foothill Ventures.
