BYD issues biggest recall to date

BYD will recall more than 115,000 Tang and Yuan Pro vehicles produced between 2015–2022 over design and battery safety defects, China’s market regulator said. The automaker’s largest recall to date follows earlier actions involving the Bao 5, Dolphin, and Yuan Plus models amid heightened scrutiny of EV manufacturing quality.
