Xpeng narrows losses in Q1 as sales surge

JD.com CEO Sandy Xu said the company’s food delivery service has surpassed 25 million daily orders just 100 days after launch, with more than 120,000 full-time couriers and plans to exceed 150,000 by the end of the quarter.

LG Energy Solution has signed a six-year deal to supply Chery with 8 GWh of 46-series cylindrical EV batteries, marking its first contract with a Chinese automaker. The high-capacity cells will begin shipping in early 2026 and are expected to power around 120,000 vehicles.
