Kuaishou cuts deposits for top-rated sellers

Kuaishou will reduce required deposits for enterprise sellers across over 70% of product categories under a new rating-based policy. High-rated merchants with no violations may see deposits lowered to as little as RMB 2,000. New sellers can also open shops with zero upfront cost. The move follows support measures introduced in February to reduce merchant operating costs.
