FinTech Connect Asia is the region’s ultimate fintech and payments summit.

KrASIA is a media partner of FinTech Connect Asia.

From October 5 to 7, FinTech and PayTech Connect will be coming to Asia for the first time. Taking place as a hybrid event, speakers and attendees will come together in-person at Raffles City Convention Center Singapore for the pre-day PayTech Connect (October 5), and on the virtual platform for the main conference days (October 6–7), to discuss innovation in financial technology involving merchants, financial institutions, fintech startups, and disruptors in Asia and the rest of the world.

The inaugural FinTech Connect Asia is the only summit in the region bringing together more than 500 industry leading players, including the continent’s biggest merchants and financial institutions, in an impartial space, with the aim of building a world-class fintech division.

Accelerated by challenges posed by the pandemic, fintech was one of the few sectors of the economy that showed growth, as billions of individuals and enterprises across the APAC region moved to the digital space. With the launch of Hong Kong’s digital banks and Singapore issuing its first digital banking licenses, more attention is now on digital banking tools, fee structures, and customer experience.

Digital transformations are rapidly changing the industry’s approach to banking, insurance, and payments, affecting merchants, banks, and buy-side institutions alike. FinTech Connect Asia has put together an agenda packed with leads for strategies and solutions, where attendees will hear from, network with, and engage the industry’s leading players to discover where payments and financial technology are heading.

The attendees of FinTech Connect Asia will build relationships and benchmark against the best like never before. With more than 30 sessions taking place over three days, the event facilitates networking opportunities that include one-on-one meetings, powerful keynotes, enriching panel discussions, roundtables, spotlights on leadership, and much more. Participants can access live content broadcasts and on-demand sessions.

Aly Madhavji, managing partner of Blockchain Founders Fund, said, “I am excited to be part of FinTech Connect conference, where I will discuss and debate innovation in blockchain technology and decentralized finance, currently one of the fastest growing segments of the industry. Any person interested in innovation in financial technology and futureproofing across merchants, financial institutions, fintechs, and disruptors from across Asia and abroad must attend this event.”
