The best employees are not hired. The best employees are mentored by the company.

The best employees are not hired. The best employees are mentored by the company. Ma emphasized that employees must be self-driven and proactive in learning. “I don’t hire people who ask me what to do. Asking what can you do for yourself and for the company is more important.”
