Orient Cable Q1 profit rises

Orient Cable reported Q1 2026 net profit of RMB 372 million, up 32.26% YoY, on revenue of RMB 2.88 billion, a 34.28% increase. Growth was driven by large order deliveries, particularly in the marine equipment and engineering segment, where revenue rose 319.61%. As of April 21, total orders stood at RMB 18.41 billion.
