Cainiao folds AV unit into Zelos

Cainiao and Zelos have completed a deep integration of their autonomous vehicle businesses, with Cainiao injecting assets and cash to become a shareholder in Zelos. Cainiao will stop directly producing and selling autonomous vehicles, while Zelos will operate under a dual-brand structure.
