Stellantis blames tariffs for heavy losses

Stellantis expects a EUR 2.3 billion net loss in H1 2025, down from a EUR 5.6 billion profit a year earlier, citing EUR 3.3 billion in restructuring- and emissions-related costs and EUR 300 million in US tariff impacts. The automaker also faces falling shipments, executive turnover, and possible EU penalties for emissions compliance. Results will be released on July 29.
