Saudi's Neom plans workforce overhaul

Saudi Arabia’s Neom may relocate over 1,000 staff to Riyadh and lay off a similar number as the country moves to tighten spending on the USD 1.5 trillion project. The plan, which follows a PIF audit, would cut site-based perks and reverse earlier policies requiring staff to live onsite, as focus shifts to oversight and reprioritization.
