Pudong unveils major push for embodied AI

At the Embodied Intelligence Developer Conference in Zhangjiang, Shanghai’s Pudong New Area unveiled a 16-point support package for the embodied AI sector. The plan includes RMB 10 billion in initial funding, backing for core components like dexterous hands and sensors, and subsidies for high-potential firms to advance China’s humanoid robot market.
