With more than 20 years of cumulative experience in the retail and gifts industry, the founders of XinhTuoi.Online are providing a remedy to this situation. They have created a platform where customers can choose the right gifts for loved ones and ensure they are presented at the right moment, even from afar.
Founded in 2019 by Tuan Ngo, Tu Duc Thang, Doanh Quan, and Sang Nguyen, XinhTuoi.Online calls itself Vietnam’s first gift marketplace. It carries 19,000 products offered by more than 2,000 gift vendors. While market competitors such as 38 Degree Flowers also specialize in selling gift products, XinhTuoi.Online’s stands out with its range of products from a wide variety of retailers.

The platform specifically targets young, working adults who have packed schedules. It offers three core services to its consumers. First, there is a calendar with a reminder feature, which helps users keep track of special occasions and issues alerts seven days in advance.
Second, XinhTuoi.Online offers personalized gift recommendations based on a recipient’s age and interests, as well as the type of occasion, simplifying the process of choosing gifts. Lastly, XinhTuoi.Online offers a gift package option that lets users schedule a full year’s deliveries in advance.
While these services are straightforward, XinhTuoi.Online functions as more than a marketplace. Its platform allows users to keep track of other users’ gift preferences and special occasions. There is the option for couples and family members to link their accounts, leading to recommendations that are better fits for recipients.
At the moment, the company’s operations and vendors are mostly based in Vietnam, but XinhTuoi.Online can ship gifts internationally. Its plans to partner with vendors and operate in Indonesia are in the works, and the company expects its services to go online in the country by the end of 2022.
XinhTuoi.Online was among the finalists of the Alibaba Cloud x KrASIA Global Startup Accelerator Vietnam-Indonesia Demo Day that was held on February 10.
